Three Bean Casserole 1 15-ounce can pork and beans, drained
1 15-ounce can red kidney beans, drained
1 15-ounce can lima beans, drained
1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
1 1/2 cups green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup catsup
2 bacon strips

Place beans, pepper, celery, onion, garlic and seasoning in a large baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar, top with catsup and bacon. Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 45 minutes. Freezes will; in fact, better reheated.
