As the reception began, we asked those who had participated in the ceremony or hosted us during our month in Ontario to pose with us
for some group pictures. Of course, our hosts for the wedding and our stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Sandy and Michael, were at the top of the list.
Tom and Hall who introduced us came next, with Lynn and Jim who lassoed us.
Derek and Merelyn, our hosts for two trips to Toronto, who removed the lasso; The Revs. Peter and Rick, who read and toasted us; and recently married Estella and Mary.
Michael and Mae who sang for us several songs she had adapted for the occasion; Brian and Daryl who hosted the "Old Boys Party" for us; and Betty and George who also
entertained us in Toronto.
Ajijic friends Ceci, Lake Muskoka hosts David and Claire; and Karen and David.
Robin's nephews Brent and Peter with his daughter Cassie; and Janet, Robin's old York Mills colleague.
Old Maryland friends Steve and Tom; Ajijic resident Claudette; and longtime Ajijic residents Norine and Allan
The reception table was well stocked, both by our hostess Sandy and Oscar of Savoai Hors D'Oeuvres.
The wedding cupcakes from Vineyard Sweets were a big hit and easier to serve than the tradional cake.
And the party continued with more Ajijic friends: Bud and Allison, Mae with Lorna and Tom; and Gayle, Karen, Claudette and Valerie.
Estella, Mary, Norma and Robin; Helen, David, Derek and Claire; and Catherine, Tom and Michael.
Brian and Janet; Helen, Rick and Don; Brent and Elizabeth, Robin's nephew and niece.
Rick, Valerie and Gayle; Peter and son Jake; and John and Peter.
John, Betty and George; Lynn, Jim and Daryl; and Ralph and Myrt.
Michael, David and Merelyn; Robin in Norma's hat to match his fuschia shirt and shoes; and Robin, Ceci and Jim.
